ConnectED operates through a collaborative governance model designed to support strategic development, effective coordination, and active participation across the network. The governance structure is based on shared responsibility, transparency, and continuous engagement of its members, ensuring that the network evolves through collective contributions and partnerships. ConnectED is shaped by its members. The network develops through engagement, initiatives, and collaboration rather than through a centralised top-down structure.

Board of Directors

Provides strategic leadership and oversight, shaping the long-term direction and priorities of the network while supporting the development of strong institutional partnerships and sustainable growth.

Core Team & University Coordinators

Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the network, facilitate communication between members, and support the implementation of initiatives and projects across organisations.

Working Groups

Bring together experts around specific thematic areas to develop joint initiatives, research activities, and collaborative projects.

Working Group Leads Forum

Supports coordination and alignment between working groups, enabling knowledge exchange and cross-thematic collaboration.

Network Members

Form the broader ConnectED community, contributing through participation in activities, projects, and knowledge exchange.
